“Only one complaint I always get charged the full amount even if I send a small amount of money ! In your advert it says less?”

“Only rating them 3 out of 5 as once I sent money for vacation in the Philippines, but when I got to the Philippines the money didn't go through my account. I was not informed that the money did not go through until I enquired with them a week after I sent the money. Surely they are breaching the client money rules!”

“I have sent money recently and told that the beneficiary does not exist when in fact I have been sending every month to the same perso.Not so happy because of the delay .”

“Disorganized. There is always an error system everytime I am using their website. Take ages to sort out an issue”

“I used Azimo recently. They gave an app which makes it much easier to access. I sometimes even use it to check the current rate. So far I only made one transfer with Kabayan.”

“Kabayan Remit is reliable but I find that the fee is quite high that's why I only rate it 3 stars ( acceptable). I might still use it in the future, but if I can find other remittances with good exchange rate and reasonable admin fee, then I'll use them instead of Kabayan Remit. I've been a costumer for a while now, so it will be a shame to leave them.”
