“Recently when I sent money through customer service, the person made a mistake and the money was being sent to bank account, which was not my instruction. Eventually this was sorted but the person received less remittance since cash money rate is higher than bank deposit. Mistakes can be made but in this case it was not fully rectified. Later I have sent money through on-line without any assistance and there was no problem in that.”

“ive sent money many times and ive had no problems and normally i receive a tx or email when the money is credited to the account but this time i did not thats why only 3 stars other wise it would have been 5”

Upon checking we found that you perhaps wanted to send the funds on a behalf of someone you know and unfortunately we can't process third party transactions due to strict legislation. “Service wise is a 5 star however the app is temperemental, would go into a loop and wont go pass through payment.. worked well before but now i have to go to the web browswer and complete my transactions there instead. Aside from the app issue, id happily recommend.”

Please ensure you have installed the latest version of the app on your phone, to ensure all the bugs are fixed. 2. Please be advised that when you make a payment via the app, the moment you confirm your payment and get redirected to the payment screen, you need to wait 2-4 seconds and have a good internet connection, in order to complete the transaction. If you refresh the page or close the app there is a possibility that a disruption will occur. If you experience anything similar again, please e-mail us a screenshot so we can investigate.
