“A bit of delay and needs following up. Theyve said it will arrive 9am manila time but actually arrive 9am uk time with follow up. A bit dissapointed really.”

“Transactions are quick and easy. Staff are accomodating ang reliable. However, the transaction fee rate is not that competitive (higher) compared to other money transfer services. Would be more encouraging to have promotions or discounts offer specially for regular user of service.”

“Transactions are taking longer to be credited to beneficiaries' account. You do have a note to say what date it's going to be but i have noticed it now takes up to 5 days. In today's times i would have expected it to be there in minutes or at least same day. Other companies offer this and if you are hoping to keep your customers I suggest you keep up”

As well as instant transfers to RCBC and Metrobank accounts. We are currently working on improving our delivery times with other Banks, please watch the space as service improvements are on the way! “there was only a small detail when i put my bank details in it didn't go thorugh immediately so i had to ring kabayan on the phone to check whether my payment has gone through.but overall the service was okey.”

Dear Customer, thank you for your rating and a review. We always take great care in making sure we notify our remitter on the transaction clearance time. Upon checking your recent transaction which was created on Saturday and credited on Monday, we haven't encountered any delay po. The receipt sent to you has stated that the funds will be credited on Tuesday from 1-6PM and we managed to fulfill your transaction a day before promised time which was Monday po. “The reply through email takes some time and sometimes, no response from info@kbremit.com but the compliance@kbremit.com replies a lot faster and the verification process is a bit lengthy but other than that it’s great.”
