“Delivery information could be better. A purchase of Windows from another supplier was much better on delivery timescales - the lorry gave out satellite info regarding its position every 15 minutes thus enabling me to organise my day. Installation instructions could be much better - there was none delivered with the product. With my Window purchase, I received a free pack of spacers, screws and installation instructions but not with this door. Luckily I am a fairly competent DIYer.”

“Very pleased with all aspects of the transaction. Supplied a special quotation by return for a colour-way not on the web page and the doors were delivered perfectly on time. Builder was very impressed with the quality and price. We had a slight problem with the wrong hinge colour being sent but this was sorted quickly in a friendly and professional manner. Excellent customer service that take a personal interest in the customer's satisfaction. Recommended! Alan”

“After having local companies come out to give me quotes for a new upvc back door, I found that the quotes were very high. I did an online search and found just value doors. I thought that the website was excellent and easy to use, all you needed was the exact measurements of the opening and you can design the door you want. My quote for a back door was only £372.00 and this included delivery, and this beat all the local and online quotes I had received. Any queries were dealt with swiftly, which is nice to find these day's once you have parted with you're cash. Within no time at all I got an email telling me when my door was going to arrive and a time between 8am to 5pm. I was lucky as my delivery arrived around 9 am. The quality of door is excellent considering what I paid for it. So, if you are considering having a new back or front door, then give these guys a try, I can recommend them.”

“The door is exactly what I ordered. It is sturdy and was easy for my workman to install. The fixing kit was extremely useful. The only negative part of the process was delivery. I received an email telling which day it would be delivered. There was no option to change the day as the company only deliver in my area on that day and there was an expectation that someone would be available between 8am and 5pm to sign for delivery. I am in the fortunate position of having parents who will do this for me so that I did not have to take time off work. Not everyone is in this position.”
