“Excellent communication from the guys at Just Value Doors. I have never ordered or installed windows before and the whole process was smooth. Window and door were correctly sized and quality was better than expected, colour is great ... looks nice on my Garden room. Delivery chap was helpful in getting the units through the house to the garden. Searched plenty of different providers but pleased i chose this Co. Could have done with some fitting guidelines for the novice. Thanks”

“I was looking for a bespoke garage side door but didn't want to spend a fortune. The web-site was easy to use and I soon placed an order for my door at a very good price. “I have only 1 negative in my review of the sliding patio door set I purchased from Just Value Doors. From ordering to a query about door colour I foud this an easy experience to gather all the correct information that allowed myself to order my doors from Just Value Doors without any professional installer assistance. The delivery driver was also extremely helpful in assisting with the doors into my property. Once installed the doors do have that lovely glossy look certainly a quality product. The only spoiler was that the lock cylinder and spigot were at an angle and the handles would not match the pre-drilled holes. So in the end I did require the professional assistance to complete the finishing touches.”

“Delivery information could be better. A purchase of Windows from another supplier was much better on delivery timescales - the lorry gave out satellite info regarding its position every 15 minutes thus enabling me to organise my day. Installation instructions could be much better - there was none delivered with the product. With my Window purchase, I received a free pack of spacers, screws and installation instructions but not with this door. Luckily I am a fairly competent DIYer.”

“Very pleased with all aspects of the transaction. Supplied a special quotation by return for a colour-way not on the web page and the doors were delivered perfectly on time. Builder was very impressed with the quality and price. We had a slight problem with the wrong hinge colour being sent but this was sorted quickly in a friendly and professional manner. Excellent customer service that take a personal interest in the customer's satisfaction. Recommended! Alan”
