“Really lovely door. We would have given a 5 out of 5 rating but the lock and a couple of small pieces were missing when it came to being fitted. This was resolved quickly by Just Value Doors.”

“Very easy to design your Doors or Windows and the whole process of ordering is very simple and easy to do. Hassle-Free Service which I love. Had a slight issue with the 1st delivery but it got resolved in the end. Would use again.”

“Door is great. A bit of a delay in getting it, but got their in the end. Fantastic look and really looks class. There was a mix up with the lock - which wasn't particularly well dealt with, but is now sorted.”

“I hadn't realised when ordering the aluminium door that this would arrive as a door outer+frame and a separate panel to be fitted into the frame with gaskets. It took a call to office to discover this, so communication not great. The panel arrived on time but the frame was several weeks late arriving. The panel was a tight fit but overall the quality is good and worth the wait if you have the time!”

“online site is good. Range is good. Disappointed to be charged £50 ontop of the standard £45 for a delivery to mainland Highlands. I ordered a solid door but this arrived in two parts with the solid section seperate from the door and frame. There is no benefit to this form of transport and it can also affect the ability of the door to stay in shape.”

“Well I’ve had a bit of trouble, the fixing kits they sent did not match what was sold to me, then the email chain to sort this problem out was shocking, 8 weeks from buying 2 windows and a patio door till my delivery date just hope it don’t get delayed anymore, maybe it’s just COVID that’s effecting them....I don’t know definitely not my best experience and as for keeping in touch... they don’t.”
