“Bought a uPVC door, but not the fitting service, as we are out of area. Communications very good. Ordering very easy & appreciated being able to talk through my order on the phone. Very helpful staff. Door looks & feels good quality. Only disappointment was the delivery. No timed delivery slots given - just the date. Delivery failed on the first two dates - third time lucky! Definitely follow JVD's advice & don't book a fitter until the door is delivered - as recommended on the website.”

“The window delivered was 3cm shorter than the one ordered. Delivery was late also. No reply to email request for exchange/refund. Poor service all around.”

Dear Customer, A response to explain the reason for the height being 3cm shorter than expected is due to the cill being 3cm and included in the overall height. “Delivery finally arrived today - 5 days after advised delivery date. Disappointed that I was not notified (which I was advised that I would receive notification by email if the delivery date was not met). I had to chase twice to find out when delivery would come and didn't receive an answer until 4 days after due delivery date.”

“This is the worst company I've ever come across. They have been rude, unhelpful and the product is poor quality. I ordered a uPVC bifold door with 5 doors and they were different sizes. You can put your fingers in the gaps between the doors. The lockable door has a gap which you could easily put a crowbar in and prise open. We tried to get our money back but because we paid by debit card we had no come back. I hope that other potential customers get to read this review before getting sucked in by these robbers.”
