“The initial team who installed the doors and windows were quite poor, completing the installation over two separate days many weeks apart. An upstairs window soon cracked and the front door wasn't installed at all satisfactorily. Thankfully, this was all remedied promptly, once reported by someone far more competent and we've had no major issues with the products in the time since.”
