“The ordering experience was clear and definate other than for the illustration of the door, which did not show the correct hinging for an outward opening door with hinges on the left - I re-selected this a number of times but the illustration remained unchanged. Having now paid for the door and frame I need confirmation that what I have specified is correct - please! David Hadfield”

“If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact Justvaluedoors by phone. Jack Weedon provided an awesome service, checking measurements, talking through the benefits of triple glazing Vs Thermal upgrade etc... Jack was super responsive through the process on phone and via e-mail. I plan to write another review once I have received the windows but if its anything like the customer service I don’t think they will disappoint.”

“Utter joke. 3 months to get a door, numerous delivery dates sent to us which were just "when they receive the door" into their warehouse, and not actually delivered to us on site. Out of the blue the door turned up last night around 18:00, with zero notice it was actually being delivered at all, AND it got delivered to the wrong address. It came to our unit and not the clients address which is 45 mins drive away. Not exactly a cheap door either at £1,850 We haven't checked the door yet for damage as it is still wrapped and we need to now transport it to the clients home where it will be opened up and checked. So there may be more to add to this review!!!”

It's a difficult one on this occasion, Just Value Doors are always sad to see a disappointed customer, unfortunately in some circumstances such as this one, communications can fail when more than 1 individual is involved from the customers end and update’s we provide fail to reach you or your customer due to crossed communications. It doesn’t happen often as previous reviews reflect but when occasionally unforeseeable circumstances with logistics can happen, especially in the time we are in, we see how frustrating this can seem from the customer's point of view, and the points raised will be taken seriously so our future customers avoid anything similar. I’m very pleased to hear that the door arrived safely at the address provided to us, as per GDPR, Just Value Doors will only send products to the address the customer has provided.
