“Ordered a door to fit myself and the "The Team" were great on helping me through the process. Then there was a hiccup in the delivery time, but I must say that were honest about the delay and kept me in the loop about what was happening and that's what customer service is all about. Door finally arrived and looked great (thanks Elaine for personal service with fitting kit). Whilst during the fitting process they were there for me when I phoned with my queries answering straight away or with an e-mail as soon as they found the answer. Stable door all finished and looking great, thanks Elaine, Chris & Paul.”

“Some minor damage on door trim which had been 'tarted up' before being sent. Additionally, door arrived with a broken top roller however this was addressed by the vendor by promptly posting a new roller. Apart from these issues I am pleased with the doors and the price paid.”
