“The positives, the door appears excellent quality and arrived exactly as ordered, the internet site is very good and allows you to customise the door to your needs, the final ordering process failed on the site but a quick call to the company and it was resolved over the phone. The negatives, I explained on ordering that the delivery address was different to mine and there would be no one competent to inspect the goods on delivery unless I was contacted first. I was told they would call my mobile an hour before delivery. I called again a day before delivery to confirm the procedure and was told to call at 8:30am the next day (delivery day) and an approximate time would be provide. At 8:15am on the delivery day, I received a confused txt from my tenant that the door had arrived and she had signed for it!! Great service but not what was promised. Secondly, I ordered an installation kit as detailed on the site and purchased a 6.5mm multipurpose bosh drill as recommended for the concrete screws. When I opened the kit, there were only two types of packers, not the full range as detailed, there were no concrete screws, only seven 8mm rawlplug screws and dozens of pointless short baypole screws, in addition there was only one silicone tube, not two as detailed. This cost me £27! I had to race around to find a multipurpose 8mm drill and purchase further silicon packs. This aside, I would still use this company, just not purchase the fitting kit. The door is now in and looks great.”
