“I was able to discuss the opening dimensions of my fire escape window with the staff and ensure the window would open in the right direction. It arrived promptly and has made a huge difference to the light, ventilation and safety of my loft room. Many thanks”

“Patio doors arrived in good time and delivery driver was very helpful. The uPVC frames were part covered in a protective film but there were still a few small marks, most of which I managed to polish out. They run well on the track. Overall I am pleased with the doors. Some fitting instructions would have been useful as the on-line guide didn't quite match my doors. I also haven't yet received the end plugs for the aluminium threshold. First they didn't delivery any, then they sent the wrong ones, now nothing.”

Dear Robert, I'm sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied. Unfortunately we are not able to accept damage claims after the door has been installed. However as discussed we have sent you a touch-up pen free of charge for you to cover the scratch. Also some more guidance on how to fit the door restrictor. “Really pleased with the service and quality of the product that was supplied. Couldn't fault the customer experience from initial order to delivery. Everything was there, no missing parts. Back door nice and secure now. The delivery guy was great, got to me really early and even phoned the night before to confirm.”
