“Great service, delivery was delayed by a couple of days as the initial doors didn’t meet the quality control so proves they check every item before it is dispatched!”

“Just value doors are very competitively priced and provided a door that my joiner said was 'very very good quality'. Shipping was delayed due to JVD being let down by their courier but this was communicated in advance and put right without faff.”

“The quality of the work is up to standard although I have not had the door fitted as yet. It fits the description on the website and all measurements are accurate. I would advise that customers should be kept informed if delivery cannot be made on the date agreed so that they do not waste a whole day waiting at home for the item. I should like to suggest improvement in the spelling and grammar in the communications; ill-written english on line or in websites is considered as one of the indicators of possible online fake or fraudulent activities. Customers might be hesitant to procede with their order on line.”

“Bought a back door, no fitting package added as cheaper to buy locally. Perfect fit based on my perfect measurements. Installed myself with no issues whatsoever. Reinforce frame is brilliant but drill some pilots first. Great quality and service. Will definitely use again and recommend. Thanks.”

“The ordering/ delivery was fine but it isn’t clear on the webpage that you have to cut and install the panels yourself. I see no reason why this couldn’t be done in the factory as it’s not site specific. Other than that I have no complaints.”

Dear Danny, Thanks for your review and I'm happy that you are satisfied with the product. Regards cutting of the panel - just to point out our panels are cut to size and ready to fit, all with exception to the 'Cornwall Style Stable Door'. As this panel requires two sizes (top and bottom) and we can only specify one size from our supplier, so we get around this by sending a full sized panel for cutting on site. I completely appreciate this isn't ideal and will bring your comment up with the factory manager to see if we can get both top and bottom panels cut to size in future. Kind Regards Just Value Doors.
