“We thought we were going to have to cancel our holiday because my partner had an undiagnosed medical condition under investigation. The team at Just Travel were the only insurance team we could find who helped us, arranged insurance at a very reasonable price, and our holiday went ahead as planned.”

“Rang for a quote which I accepted. The advisor told me the payment system was down so she would ring back later. She rang me back and took my payment details but after a few minutes said the payment system wasn't working. Another advisor rang me the next morning and processed the payment successfully. I checked my account online and saw that the payment had been taken from my account twice. I had to ring back on two occasions before being told that I would be refunded for the first transaction. The refund has still not been made as yet.”
