“Have been using Just Travel for years and recommend it to all my friends Efficient professional agents who take their time to find you the best policy for your needs and budget Love Smart Luggage as an addition to policies. All documents easily accessible online and a text to your phone with main contact numbers in case of need. This year as last year I had the same agent Danielle once again some clearly in a friendly professional manner listened to our main requirements and took time to find us a suitable policy Thank you for your great service.”

“Just Travel quote was four and a half more expensive than last year’s Just Travel premium. No discount offered for loyalty. Enquired about a single trip policy and then compared it with an Annual Policy elsewhere - the annual policy quote elsewhere was less than the Just Travel single trip quote. Have found a like for like Annual policy elsewhere for a reasonable and fair price. Sorry, but you’ve lost loyal customers and I would not recommend you in the future”

Dear Mrs Lloyd, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We work with a panel of insurers and their rates and schemes can change on a regular basis. I'm sorry we weren't competitive at this time and am glad you have managed to find a suitable policy for you. Please bear us in mind for the future. Kind Regards, Claire
