Price was good but web site not. Could not print my documents - applied for new password but kept crashing and code expired.

I am happy with the cover but the constant increases are unfair and take no consideration of loyalty or no claims. I will obtain other quotes for next year.

I was disappointed that I was unable to obtain cover for trips of more than 31 days. Otherwise the service, assistance and quotation were acceptable to good.

My holiday return date was a few days after my annual cover ended so I lost a week and had to buy new cover,I thought that was pretty poor from this company.

Apart from the often repeated medical questions the process appeared to be quite easy. I think some of the repeated questions could be simplified to avoid initial confusion when attempting to respond to questions correctly.

When I went to look at my policy online I found out that only a previous one was there. I had to phone up and was told that my name had been typed in incorrectly.

Website a little complicated and would be easy to submit twice and presumably be charged twice. No experience of claims procedure as never claimed (in 39 years of travelling).Would be nice to get a no claims discount

I've used Just Travel Covers for 3 years now, but buying cover this year was particularly difficult for some reason.

I was dealt with politely and helpfully by someone who clearly had no medical knowledge and was performing a tick-box exercise (as is the case with all travel insurance companies dealing with pre-existing medical conditions). There was no recourse to a medical opinion, and I was therefore left paying an outrageous premium. I will have to curtail my travel in the future as a result. I am not at all happy.

All medical questions are set by the medical screening company and enable our insurers to assess the risk. It was impossible to complete the form in my name (Mrs) and put in my husbands medical condition ,which was transferred to me! As the traveller paying the fee ,I put myself down as "Lead" traveller, but I could not delete the medical condition my husband has. I ended up putting him as the lead traveller. A very messy system which caused incorrect information on the form.
