The entire liasion process was polite and good. I felt the price was on the high side bearing in mind the very good history of my health. However, all went well; and i'm back safely.

More than happy with website purchase. Both simple & quick to use and the price far better than others. However not happy with telephone enquiry when put through via my booking agent. Process very labourious and no promised follow up e-mail sent. When I did call again to check why, there was no record of my telephone enquiry !!!

Price was good but web site not. Could not print my documents - applied for new password but kept crashing and code expired.

I am happy with the cover but the constant increases are unfair and take no consideration of loyalty or no claims. I will obtain other quotes for next year.

I was disappointed that I was unable to obtain cover for trips of more than 31 days. Otherwise the service, assistance and quotation were acceptable to good.

My holiday return date was a few days after my annual cover ended so I lost a week and had to buy new cover,I thought that was pretty poor from this company.

Apart from the often repeated medical questions the process appeared to be quite easy. I think some of the repeated questions could be simplified to avoid initial confusion when attempting to respond to questions correctly.

When I went to look at my policy online I found out that only a previous one was there. I had to phone up and was told that my name had been typed in incorrectly.

Website a little complicated and would be easy to submit twice and presumably be charged twice. No experience of claims procedure as never claimed (in 39 years of travelling).Would be nice to get a no claims discount
