“Tried phoning 4 times kept getting cut off had to go to office Girl said sum lines were down!”

Good morning, Thank you for taking time to leave us feedback and I am sorry to hear you faced problems when initially contacting our office. We experienced some problems with our phonelines on 19/08/2019 due to an external issue. This problem was rectified as soon as possible and our lines were back up to receive calls from customers within a couple of hours. We have not experienced any problems since. “Very simple to order. Spoke to an advisor who quickly completed the process. Cover was just for a family 3-day trip to Paris. Cover was just as needed, and as it turns out was not needed. I would use this company again for sure.”

“The service is satisfactory but it is frustrating that, unless the insurance is done within 30 days, future holiday bookings mean starting all over again with the long and tedious medical questions. Why can't the information be held for longer, and any new medical conditions added at the time?”
