“This is my first time doing business with Just Travel and even though their site had a glitch in the account set up portion. The customer service team was exemplary and did all they could to work around the issue and successfully set up my account manually while I.T. looked into the problem further.”

“Convoluted telephone conversation Reading from a script rather than actually listening to what the customer wants Too concerned with liability than actual customer service Need to make online access much more user friendly”
