“The experience of buying the cover was vwry good - the advisor was able to help as much as possible, though there were some questions such as "has your cholesterol level ever been high" that could have done with an actual numeric value of what is "high" - that goes up and down in anyone, so there's a normal range. One slightly unusual point - I tried ringing on the freefone 0800 number, but couldn't get through. I was able to use the web chat to point this out and an advisor then called me a short time later, so that's a positive experience coming from a negative one!”

“The insurance company did everything to make the renewing of my insurance a trying experience. Having dealt with them for at least 6 years they do need to look at their systems as to how they deal with pre existing illnesses.”

“easy to use website then a great selection of different quotes that came in much cheaper than any others I have had. Even without the discount offered the quotes were cheaper so that was just a bonus. Once purchased the documents were all sent immediately via email”
