The telephone staff are always very thorough and very helpful. Fortunately we have never had to claim on any of our Just Travel Cover Policies so we cannot comment on that side of their business.

I would have liked to have documents by post, not everyone can do documents printed, I just hope the documents don't get deleted from my phone whilst I'm away for 90 days.

We made a mistake, as soon as we made the payment of £566 we were put through to another operator who charged us £166 extra followed by £85 ( the following day the £85 was reimbursed and the £166 was held onto after we said we were cancelling the policy) this seemed a lot of money when all we wanted was a 2 week add on to our existing Mediterranean policy. We are in touch with the Financial Ombudsman to see what our rights are.

Dear Mr Lee, Thank you for taking time to leave us feedback and I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the outcome of your enquiry. I can see from our records that the additional premium of £160.43 was collected on your Annual European policy following a change in medical circumstances - this ensures your cover remains in force until renewal in March 2019. The amount of approx £85 was discussed to include cover for Cruises on your annual policy but this amount was not taken from you at any point. A new quotation was provided for a single trip on a Worldwide Cruise. This amount has now been refunded following your request to cancel the policy within the 14 day cooling off period. No reflection on the call handler he was fine, only doing his job. It is the outcome that I am very unhappy with and so I will not be insuring myself with you next year.

Disgusted I was given a quote for £106 forgot to put cholesterol on rang to tell you and my quote we t up to £300 never again will I use you

You have been placed with an alternative insurer on our panel to ensure you have full cover for all pre-existing medical conditions for your trip. Yet again i am unable to print off documents i have emailed but have yet to receive a reply and i go on holiday tomorrow thursday 11th oct .

Having acquired a quote which was guaranteed for 14 days and calling back within that period to confirm acceptance, I was advised the quote had increased by £4 with no explanation as to why nor why the guarantee was not being honoured. Sales person just asked " Do you want to go ahead?". Not impressed!

Very poor review only due to the fact that just because I took out insurance with you I made sure I did not allow you to sent me emails texts or post via data protection yet guess what turned up in the post today a mailing from you ! With regard how you are at paying out I hope I'll never find out but if you are as attentive with that aspect as you are with pushing your advertising I take it you maybe good

Hi, Sorry to hear that. The mail you received is generic marketing literature and it does not contain any personal information (such as your name). However if you wish to be removed from receiving any future mailings we can ensure your address is removed entirely from our databases. Thanks Dale

Incorrect name on policy despite being renewal. Still awaiting replacement although I telephoned the day after receiving policy documents by email despite being told by the operator they would be sent to me.

The procedure is fine. The documents are online, difficult to retrieve, and there are too many pages. I want a short document, which is PERTINENT TO ME not to the whole world "if you have paid extra you can have this" etc. I want YOU to work out what I have paid for and just send me documents RELEVANT TO ME..

I can see that your online account is active so I have regenerated the documents to ensure you have everything you require. The Leisure Travel Schedule and Medical Declaration are documents personal to you including your details, trip information and the level of cover you have selected. The other documents are standard policy documents which are required to be sent to each customer so you know what cover your policy entails along with our Terms of Business.
