Totally unhelpful on the phone after we had wallet stolen in Krakow. The police wouldn’t help as they didn’t have a translator to file an official statement, so our claim was just dismissed

I purchased this insurance with the added pre-existing medical conditions added on, but then realised I needed to disclose something I had missed and needed to be added on. I phoned them and the woman I spoke to said someone would phone me back in the afternoon that same day. I am still waiting 3 days later and feel let down that this has not been acted upon promptly as discussed. I may just cancel the whole thing as I do have a 14 day cooling off period, as this is not the most professional way to do business.

I have previously booked two trips. This is the third trip I have booked with yourselves and most likely my last. I have booked and paid for the insurance for myself and my family. I have paid for the insurance policy yes when I received the documentation it was in my husband's name! Surely this is fraudulent on your part since I answered the questions and paid for the policy. We are no longer in the 1970's as I explained to your manager when I telephoned to register my displeasure. He did not understand my complaint and recommended in future I phone and ask for him personally then provided I did not use MY EMAIL account, my husband does not have an account another reason I organise, book and pay for the insurance, I could have the policy in my name, according to your manager - he added I didn't need to worry because I was still insured! I do believe you need to update your staff training and explain that we are in 2019. To add insult to injury, the department sent out an additional set of documents which we received the day after my complaint - again addressed to my husband - was this to add insult to injure? To print my policy why do I have to open account? Why was i sent a password of 15 characters which was impossible to input in the time allowed (twice). I phoned and was sent the policy straight away and could have saved myself a lot of time?

Dear Mr Mcquire, Thank you for taking time to leave us feedback and I am sorry to hear you experienced problems when setting up your online account. Following changes to GDPR in 2018, customer accounts were introduced to increase security to keep customer details safe. An email is sent to allow you to set up the account with your own password, personal to you so you can access the account at anytime, anywhere. For security purposes, the link is valid for a set amount of time. We encourage customers to set up an online account instead of receiving via post as this is a more secure way to receive policy documents. I am pleased to hear you have received your documents. I spent time talking to you about a policy, I explained all my circumstances to a very nice lady. We agreed a policy. I sent a payment. A few days later you contacted me to cancel the policy. You refunded my money but that does not make up for the inconvenience and disappointment. Why you then continue to contact me suggesting that I might want a policy with you when you patently don't want one with me is crass.

still waiting for my insurance policy to be delivered by post waited 1 week going on holiday 23rd jan 2019 with no travel insurance will not be using this company again

Could not believe the difference in twelve months. £37 last year, £117 this year and thats for Bronze cover for the same holiday more or less.

Unfortunately rates can fluctuate due to a number of reasons including age, medical conditions and different cover selected on your policy such as baggage cover. Some of these will change every time you take out insurance. As an insurance broker, we will always compare multiple specialist, A Rated insurers and provide three levels of cover for each (bronze, silver and gold) to find you the level of cover you need at a price that is acceptable. Your website at the time of my usage, CONTINUALLY FAILED , SAYING "SOME OF YOUR POILCY DOCUMENTS HAVE NOT GENERATED !!!!!!" WHY ? Maybe your website I.T. DEPT. need to look into this urgent problem ! I look forward to your reply re. My comment.

because I and my husband use Just Travel, we now are faced with the problem that you will only allow one email address per person. As we both share the same email address this means that I will no longer be able to purchase and download a policy from you as my husband is registered to the email address. Surely there is a way that 2 people at the same address can share the same email address. This is buracracy gone mad. If you value customers you need to sort this out as I will no longer use you.

Hi Mrs Thorpe, Thank you for taking time to leave us feedback. If you purchase individual travel insurance policies you must provide a unique email address so that we can create an online account for you and upload your documents to it. Once activated you can login and access these documents at any time. You are not able to buy a policy using account details (email address) which are on another policy as each client account is linked to a unique email address for security reasons and to prevent fraud in line with a recent change in legislation. We do offer couple and family policies where two or more people can be insured on the same policy – this would only produce one set of documents and as such would be uploaded into one account. Thank you for your feedback - we have reported your experience to our IT department who will look to see how we can improve this journey for clients in the future.
