We paid for insurance and were told we would receive our policies by email, no email arrived so we have now booked alternative travel insurance and requested a refund from Just Travel.. We have been a customer of Just Travel for a while now and experienced no problems until this latest transaction. Also the prices we were quoted were in one case 75% more than last year for same product.

I can see from our system that the documents were emailed to you on the day of purchase, we can resend documents or arrange to post them by calling us on 0800 294 2969, email admin@justtravelcover.com or on our website via webchat. Documents failed to be found.After complaints did not arrive by mail I feel like I have been conned

We attempted to email the policy to you 3 times (please do check your junk/spam folder for these emails), we also sent a copy to you in the post free of charge. I do not have high blood pressure it was a rare side effect from a drug I was give nearly 10 years ago it only lasted a week as meds were stopped. If it was not for my husband accepting your quotation I would not. E insuring with yourselves as you obviously do not listen. I have now had to pay way over the odds for my insurance as I am flying long distance with high blood pressure NOT

Our underwriters request that we match your policy to your medical records as per the medical declaration, and as this condition relates to circulatory conditions we always recommend that this be included on your policy to eliminate any issues with potential claims. Because we are very thorough with our medical screening process we find that our customers rarely have any issues with claims should anything happen during their trip. No papers received Has the insurance been arranged?????? STILL WEEKS HAVE GONE BY,NO PAPERWORK REECEIVED ICHECKED JUNK MAIL- NOTHING RATING SEEMS APPROPRIATE

2hrs to go through the medical condition of our daughter and the rang a day later as they wanted to charge more. Total price £450 absolutely scandalous but we had to pay or no insurance.

Unfortunately the wrong condition had been screened on the original call, and the follow up call was to notify you of this, and that an amendment to the policy was necessary. I note that this was our error in the first instance and as such the cost increase in policy was waived. As a broker we always endeavour to help our customers find the right level of cover for their individual needs, and medical screening is important to ensure we can offer the best possible advice.
