“I rang Just Travel late on Friday 4th August and was promised a call back for Saturday 5th. I received a call at 9.45 am that day from Abbey who was very pleasant, helpful and efficient which resulted in a policy which suited my needs and at a good price. I couldn't have asked for more. Your service was superb. Thank you.”

“Generally happy with the booking as before, booking the cover was a little bit of a challenge as not getting on with the agent s local accent and fast talk, interrupted by telephone connections breaking up at times! We got there at the end! Perhaps it was just my fault! A second call with the admin team, as your website wouldn’t let me download my cover, speaking with an American gentleman whose conversation was perfectly clear and professional, problem was resolved within minutes fortunately!”

“Just Travel has let us down totally. We contacted Just Travel in January to report the heath problem and provided all the information requested and asked the advisor how to proceed. It’s been 6 months and our claim has still not been settled. The claims handlers do not check the information already provided and keep emailing us for the same information. We have called up a number of times to complain and have no idea when our claim will be settled. On top of this we have been asked to pay our GP for the information they have requested but say they will only pay part of that cost! We have already incurred the costs and cannot understand why it’s taking Just Travel so long to settle the claim. I dare not think what would have happened if the claim related to a more severe health emergency. It is distressing that we have paid a heavy premium for such poor service.”

“Easy website to navigate. Quick process. Discount codes for blue light card holders were great! Haven’t used the policy yet as we are not going away until Next year but the process of buying was straightforward and can’t complain.”

“The telephone advisor was very helpful but was restricted by your condition. I needed an email address which I don't have as I am disabled and use my brother's. Seemingly it had to be a different address as we were buying 2 policies. Luckily a friend offered to help.”
