“Tried 4 times on the phone, when I managed to talk to someone, the lady seemed to think that a one off accident to a hand ( stitches) was an ongoing medical condition, over a year later ! I hung up on her. A case of no training,or lack of intelligence.”

In relation to our medical screening, our medical declaration asks if you have had any treatment, been prescribed medication or attended a medical practitioner's surgery in the last 5 years. Although it may be minor and may have resolved now, if it is within the last 5 years we are required to declare it.
