“Website was difficult to negotiate when trying to accept a quote. Ended up having to call and then go through all questions again to finally purchase the insurance I was after. Far too laborious.”

“Excellent professional and friendly response on the 'phone resulting in a quotation that was also at a similar cost to ones obtained through comparison sites. The real plus point is that they provide a service level that reflects a personal interest and concern for their customers as evidenced in the response I received at 18.05 in the evening to an e.mail sent after 17.00 the same day. I had omitted a country in the list I required covered. They added the country at no additional cost in premium or in 'admin fees' and reissued the amended policy in less than an hour. That is service that truly warrants 5 stars.”

“I recently purchased travel insurance for an upcoming trip with some complicated circumstances, and I found every staff member I spoke with to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and they were all answered quickly and effectively. As far as purchasing a policy goes, this was a really positive experience.”
