“We had an excellent service from Roddy, who was very helpful and we are happy about the cover we have in place so far.... although we haven't been on our trip yet...we feel that most eventualities will be covered should something go wrong, which is very reassuring for us. “I've used Just Travel for many years and always find them competitive on price of travel insurance. Staff are pleasant, helpful and always patiently explain details of the cover. I've just taken out an annual travel policy and talked to Paul and Daniel who were both very friendly and knowledgeable.”

“I accessed this site via the Blue Light Card. I thought the application process was easy to follow, straightforward and quite quick. We have not embarked on our holiday yet so I do not know what the company is like if a claik is required. Hopefully not.”

“I have used Just Travel Cover many times and have always found them most helpful, including last year when I was on a waiting list for a hip replacement and subsequently had surgery. My policy was updated after just a short phone call.”

“I gave a poor rating because I had great difficulty in understanding the girl who was making the booking. I could not follow what she was saying & had to ask her several times to clarify for me. I had a very poor experience as a result.”

“I was impressed at the efficiency of getting quotes, and arranging cover at a reasonable price. The option to insure my luggage separately was very welcomeI felt I could only give 5 stars if I made a successful claim - although I hope it will not be necessary.”

“Takes a long time to wait for an adviser to contact. I expect the reason is that most advisers are working from home which is now the common procedure. When eventually connected to an adviser, the process was conducted in a polite and satisfactory manner and the documents were sent to me by email.”

“Having booked and paid for policy it failed to show on my account so was unable to download documents. Just travel not open on Saturday so waited until business was open and had to telephone to get policy details added.”

Dear Mr Lester, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry you were unable to view the documents in your account originally. I can see our system had created a separate account for you as your previous account did not include your middle name. If a name, address or date of birth is different, the system will create a brand new account. As we can only use one email per customer account, the email would only work on the original account. I can see the advisor you spoke to did merge your two accounts enabling you to log in and view your current policy as well as any previous policies.
