“Needed to make changes to a policy after buying online. Agent over phone (unfortunately didn't catch his name) was really helpful. He managed to make all the changes required with no fuss. Such service seems rare these days, so was refreshing.”

“The procedure was straightforward, although it gets a bit wearisome answering all the questions! I realised that, although long-winded, they had to be read exactly as stated. We got there eventually! The agent, sorry no name, was helpful and considerate in dealing with my hearing loss and completed my enquiry efficiently. In my later telephone call to accept the given quote the next agent, no name, was equally helpful. I know that each person did give their name but, as they answer the call, there just seems to be one long sentence rushing at you and for an elderly person with a hearing loss it is just one jumbled sound! It needs to be said more slowly and clearly!!!!! Not complaining!! I am happy to have chosen your company to support me in my travels.....thank you.”

“The website is very easy to use. I have used Just Travel Cover for many years. Thankfully I have not had to make any claims, so I can't comment on that side of things but as for getting travel insurance that is easy and quick.”
