“The quote was OK, but the website is rubbish. Contrary to what it says there is no way to actually pay online - you have to ring the call centre which has a particularly bad connection.”

“you get there in the end but the endless question they ask on health is a waste of time, as with existing customers they know your existing problems, so all they need to do is ask if anything has changed since you last had insurance, at 72 its difficult to remember what i said a ear ago but i know that nothing has changed in that time. terry”
