“Just taken out a single trip cover. I have existing medical conditions, and was so easy to add them. Process was really good. Not travelled yet. I will definitely look to use again if I travel next year.”

“The young lady-- her name I don't recall -- was very patient and pleasant when she took details of our medical conditions over the phone. I'm eighty and somewhat deaf and don't always get what is said to over the phone -- mobile on speaker.”

“Extremely ease to complete your application on line and it was easy to add additional medical conditions even after I'd completed the form. We used just travel before and will be using them again because of the simplicity and professionalism of them”

“The cover provided is excellent but the agents handling the call were very poor, extremely frustrating and difficult to understand. Had to raise a formal complaint. This was handled very well and exceeded our expectations. If Just Travel could improve their agents call handling it would be 5*.”
