“Very helpful when I finally got to speak to someone but the limited telephone opening hours made that a challenge and the call back I was promised never happened. The coverage and the customer service was first class as always.”

“Very easy to obtain Travel Insurance at a competitive price. I'm not sure why I used a different email to my original (now expired), but now I have 2 email associated with me. It is unfortunate that you are not able to consolidate the email accounts into one. However there was a speedy response to my request.”

“I had not used Just Travel before. I was made aware of them by my Travel Agent. I phoned a free phone number and despite a number of “options” at the start, quickly accessed an agent. The Agent was friendly and helpful, and the process straightforward. I soon had quotes for travel insurance and was able to study these at my leisure. After some comparison with other insurers, I chose Just Travel. Taking out the cover required another phone call to the same free phone number and proved easy enough too. I have to say too, that at no point did I feel under pressure to accept a quote from them. That’s me ready to go!”

“I have used Just Travel insurance for a number of years and always found them to be very helpful, friendly and very reasonable. I always get emails with 10% off too which is good. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Just Travel to friends & family.”

“The options are very good .‘not too impressed by the advisor who appeared a little irritated and was obviously reading from a “crib” sheet and as I had to interrupt a couple of times I was put firmly in my place. A little more empathy for the elderly might be appreciated.”
