“Waited over 20 minutes to speak to an adviser, then had to wait another 5 minutes to speak to another adviser to take my payment. I called whilst at work so was in a rush to get back as I had originally called in my 15 minute tea break.”

“JTC assisted in providing a group travel insurance policy for a family holiday of 12 members in Corfu, family members contacting them to submit medical history whilst keeping me updated with a revised quotation as they did so. This is the second time I have used JTC for group insurance which is a measure of my satisfaction.”

“Although expensive, I was pleased to be able to buy travel insurnace for my recent trip to the USA. Sadly, I can't remember the name of the person that I spoke with but they were very pleasant and professional. I didn't have any mishaps while away, not even a broken finger nail, so fortunatley for me, I can't comment of making a claim. I hope for my next adventure I can use Just Travel Cover again.”
