“My wife has recently renewed our joint travel insurance by phone, a chore she usually dreads due to all the time consuming questions that come with age but found the whole process excellent. She was dealt with by a young lady who was extremely pleasant and efficient, she cannot unfortunately recall her name but made a chore so much easier, giving all the information we needed. All in all very satisfied, only downside is when it comes to the payment but that's insurance. All policy details by email within minutes and by post within couple of days, thank you.”

“So far insurance is good but I paid 4£ extra for luggage cover when went on site to book wouldn't let me on I will not give my credit details to them”

Dear Mr James, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Smart Luggage does require your bank details in order to pay your claim. You can press the 'skip' button if you do not wish to add them at this stage. However, if you do need to claim, you will then need to provide either your bank transfer or PayPal details in order to receive payment. I can see your flights have not yet been registered.
