“Everything was very easy - I insured with AIG and followed up by telephone. I have a few health issues so it was lovely not to be treated as an invalid after being flatley refused by three other insurers. Of course, I hope not to put the policy to the test, but I will travel in confidence.”

“Last year I never had any acknowledgement apart from confirmation that I had paid. This year I have taken out insurance policy with you as I am going on a cruise so far everything is fine 🙂.”

“Excellent customer service. The advisor was very patient as I had a number of medical conditions and the questions were quite lengthy plus I wanted a quote.for single trip and annual.trip.She was able to answer any questions I had regarding the policy and was able to offer a satisfactory quote based on my needs.”
