Dear Mr Probert, Thank you for your review. As you have purchased the Gold level of cover, you automatically get Smart Luggage included. If you are taking any flights which include checking your luggage in, then you can use the Smart Luggage benefit but are required to activate a Smart Luggage account and register your flights in advance of your trip. If you do not want to use this benefit then you do not need to do this but if you would like assistance setting up Smart Luggage please contact our office on 0800 294 2969 and one of our advisors will be happy to help you with this. “Absolutely thrilled to get my insurance for my holiday next year at a really good price but without losing any benefits should I fall ill. Most companies were coming up with £120-£150 due to my age and underlying small health issues Just Travel came up trumps under £80. Admittedly we are not flying or cruising anywhere just ferry and tootling around France. Super company always recommend to friends and family”
