“Always been happy but now when I need my policy I cannot find it”

“Got the insurance I wanted. Going long haul. Needed a good priced insurance. Have been with Justravel for many years( 7+). I haven't claimed yet so don't know how it will work. But on the face of it they seem ok. I would great if they did a loyalty discount.”

“Easy to purchase after an online quote but the volume of the call (even though my receiving volume was set to maximum) meant that it was difficult to hear the operator all the time. Very efficient though”
