“Lexie was my call handler and was very thorough. Although a little fast! But went through my requirements satisfactorily. Received my policies for both insurance and luggage by email following my call , just need to add flight info to luggage policy. By the way I’m a Miss not Mrs!”

“I was pleased with the travel insurance that I purchased but was sold baggage cover for flights that I did not require as I was going on a cruise only. This was not made plain when I was sold it. I later rang back to query this and the cover was cancelled. I spoke to two ladies called Abby and the one who cancelled the baggage insurance had more about her that the other. Otherwise I was satisfied.”
