“Easy to fill in form. Only firm who would provide online quotes for my husbands current medical condition. If he is well enough to go skiing then I don’t think we would be asking for travel insurance! Anyway we got cover so thanks to Just travel for finding a quote for us.”

“Once I had entered my dates, I was quickly offered a range of policies to choose from. These were helpfully in ascending price order rather than jumbled up. The layout was clear, with the benefits of each clearly stated, and instructions were easy to follow. I haven't been on my trip yet and have no experience of making a claim, but the purchase part was simple.”

“For years they have provided cover for us and I have a lot of health issues, easy to deal with and quick to work with not spending agea on the phone as they have your previous history in front of them”

“I renewed a policy online. Shocked at how expensive insurance costs have gone up by across 1 year. Was told everyone’s has gone up! Would have divided a cl more detailed answer as to why. Call agents seemed quite bored and disinterested. No personality.”

Dear Mr Knight, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and I apologise you were not given a more details explanation as to why the premium had increased. Insurance prices can fluctuate and are based on type of policy, trip duration, destination, age and medical history. From comparing the policy you purchased last year to the one you have taken out this year, I can see the area of travel has changed from Europe to Worldwide.
