“They received a few items under pressure”

“This was a renewal and they didn't make me happy. A simple computer process that managed to leave my wife's name off the policy so that an endorsement was necessary. If there is a need to claim this may be an unnecessary hurdle to climb. Secondly the 'submit' button gave the option of anonymity or a false name????”

“I,m satisfied BUT can,t seem to accept the increase regarding my pre medical. I,v had ONE heart attack , which was way back to Nov. 2004. (13 years ago) None since or any angina. IF, i,d had the same as stated SAY for example 40 years ago, would it make no difference?”

“Fairly easy to do over the phone, have used this company for my annual cover in the past, I think reasonably compedative, hope they come up with the cash if I ever need to claim. The £150 excess is a bit steep, I think unreasonably so, certainly deters you from making a claim. You.”

“At 83 I don't expect my travel insurance to be cheap, but I did expect the premium to reflect the length of time I spent out of the Country. This doesn't appear o be the case. approximately four months ago I spent eight days in Portugal and the premium for that trip, with your Company, cost £88. This time, I am going away for five days to Portugal with no change in my medical circumstances whatsoever and the premium is £80 , and that includes a 15 per cent discount? Doesn't make sense to me.”
