I got a quote that was expensive, but what the heck we are 78 and 80.

Laura who took my call was brisk and got through the necessary questions However I found she was a bit brisk when making her request to me to consult the doctors concerning a specific condition

I wanted a quick response & it was satisfied. I was a little disappointed with the cost. Other quotes for similar insurance were up to 20% cheaper, but as I had insured with you previously I decided not to alter.

A few months ago I received a flier informing me that I would receive 15% off my next visit to "just travel" but as I had spent some time on line I signed up anyway but did not receive any discount but would you believe the exact same thing happened last year.

Hi Mr Wasson, Thank you for your loyal custom with Just Travel Cover and for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry that we could not apply the 15% discount to your recent policy purchase. We do not usually offer a discount as high as 15% and when we do they are always time-limited - usually 1-2 weeks and the most. I can see that my colleague applied a 10% discount as a gesture of goodwill for your longstanding custom and I apologise once more that we were unable to honour the higher discount. although I feel that the insurance is overpriced for returning customers., the last operator I spoke to was clear and precise and was very helpful

As a senior citizen I was told that Just Travel was the only company that insured those over 75, I haven't checked this.

Fast response to renewal request and the information on options/ choice. The only disappointment yet again this year is the incorrect assumption that the start date of the renewed policy is on the day of the telephone request for the renewal and NOT the date of the expiry of the current police which is being renewed and this lead to a three week "overlap or duplication" or a 6% excessive charge. Please do not repeat this mistake at next year's (2019) renewal. It took a long wait on the phone before your staff corrected the error. Without this I would rate the product and service higher.

The personnel that I spoke to on the phone for a quote were just fine, but I am not satisfied with the admin. On 31.1.18 I was told that the policy details would be emailed to me within 15 mins of accepting the quote. This did not happen. I waited all day and into the next day. I telephoned on 1.2.18, there was an apology and I was told that they would be emailed through again. Waited all day and until midday the next - still no documents. Phoned again on 2.2.18. Asked for them to be posted - was told that they would be posted out that day by first class post. Now 5.2.18, our post has been delivered today and still not arrived. Please could someone sort this out.

The question is not how Just Travel made me happy, but did it make me unhappy?! Although I have the cover I want, I would like to have some sort of document which sets out the policy, the conditions and procedures for making a claim. Why don't you provide this - either electronically or in a hard copy?

Operative not to friendly, spoke to quickly , thought procedure to long winded as had travel cover 6 months prior with no medical changes since.
