“Insurance documents not yet received neither by e-mail nor by post. The above was sent this morning but the documents arrived soon after so I am saying acceptable service now. I don't know why the documents will not come by e-mail when this message di and also I get an advertisement from Just Travel almost every week by e-mail.”

“It’s to early to tell l thought the price was quite expensive compared with other company’s that we have been with so I thought I give it change but till now stay sure are very competive”

“Difficulty in getting in touch with medical consultant. Took 2 hours for callback - I could not go out. Having had 2 previous identical insurances with you, and medically nothing has changed I do not understand why you cannot use the previously disclosed information.”

“Reasonable cost and cover, time will tell how good, should I have any claim, just calling UK isn't really easy for "locals" in RSA, you should have an area/zone representative contact in RSA.”

“I have only scored you acceptable because of your policy of only covering ALL or None of my disclosed previous illnesses. What I should have done is NOT disclosed anything I did not need covering.”
