It was very much the lower scale of travel insurance

Please note that we aim to meet the requirements of all customers and as a result we offer policies with various levels of cover and excess. We can offer cancellation cover up to £30,000 per person and have policies with ZERO excess, or alternatively we offer policies with low levels of cover and a higher excess. We try to be as flexible as possible, however it's all about personal preference. Policies with poor cover tend to be less expensive and you would be expected to pay a little more for policies with greater cover. Unhappy. I had a quote for my holiday on the telephone. I stated I would ring back to take up the insurance once the dates were confirmed. This I did from the travel agents to be told there was record of me or my quote anywhere and it would need to be done all over again. This was done in the travel agents office but I for get to mention one of my operations whereupon I was reminded about it as it was on the list. (The record I had just been told did not exist) The resulting quote was much more than the original quote and when I refused to take it I was quoted the amount I had been quoted over the phone. The travel Agent heard all this conversation as did my son.

""I found it quite difficult to get through to the right person. When I did, the call handler went through all the details rather like a robot. Personal care skills lacking. Not a good experience, I'm afraid.

The lady who did my insurance needs to be sent on a pr course. Requested a supervisor to understand my problems waited in excess of 5 minutes your representative could not arrange for me to speak to a supervisor therefore the business was concluded with your rep in the same off-handed manner.

it didn't make me happy at all ,as it was to expensive , I could actually have got the same insurance £17 cheaper with Just Travel on go compare
