“it didn't make me happy at all ,as it was to expensive , I could actually have got the same insurance £17 cheaper with Just Travel on go compare”

“It did not make me happy. Having taken out insurance to go to India next year I was told that I would receive the 'paperwork' by email. I still have not received it and this is not the first time I have had difficulty getting documents from Just Travel. Not good enough, simply not good enough.”

“Quick and efficient. Maybe a little but more than i wanted to pay. I was happier with my previous quote for a 17 night cruise but my seven day holiday was a bit pricey i thought.”

“Very pleasant manner. Gave me a quote for covering my daughter for three weeks which I felt was very high. I then informed her that I had heArd it was cheaper to cover my daughter for the remainder of my insurance cover and she said said this could be so, which turned out to be about half the price. I feel I should have been advised of this rather thAn me informing the member of staff”
