Dear Mrs Moore, I can see your documents were posted on 5th July. I have requested another copy to be sent to you as you should have received them by now. With regards to the email, I have also resent the email. Your account is showing up as 'new' rather than 'active' meaning you haven't yet created an account. You will need to follow the link we’ve sent you on an email which asks you to input your email address then a second link will be sent to your email for you to input your date of birth and create your own password.
