“Just travel were able to find insurance cover for me even though I had an undiagnosed condition (awaiting investigation) and refused by many online companies. The advisor was courteous and professional. Highly recommend.”

“I was sent a 13% discount code, but it didn't work. I phoned your call centre, but they would not honour it. I found a 12% discount code myself online and purchased the insurance myself online I have been using your company for many years and find your products excellent, but the attitude of the person I spoke to was bad and did not reflect the products you sell.”

“I used Just Travel Cover last year, and so I decided to use them again. This time was not as good as my account with the insurers was not activated, so I could not access any documents. Wenzel however fixed it straight away”

“I filled in all details on line. Then received a quote. While I was reviewing they sent me a discount code :) I then had to call to accept the quote. All went very smoothly including medical history cover for two pensioners on a cruise. Excellent service, pricing was sensible for cover offered.. and they even accepted the discount code! Excellent service.”

“We required medical condition cover for our holiday which was quite extensive. The advisor (I think it was Katie) was very patient and helpful and gave us the cover we hope is comprehensive and gives us the peace of mind we needed. The price was high but feel it was competitive and necessary.”

“We have 0nly made one small claim after more than 50 overseas journeys. Now we are both over 80, it has become mostly harder to obtain and dearer. “My renewal quote for this year was 3 times last years but due to necessity I renewed however I imediately began searching for a better deal. I got a much better deal and when i rang back to cancel my renewal the lady imediately tried to beat it but couldn't get close. It would have made no difference because loyalty obviously means very little to some companies and I would have remained with the new company.”
