“I found my phone calls with Just Travel Cover the best travel insurance calls I've ever had. I have quite bad hearing loss and was able to speak to the same very capable agent both times I phoned. Her name is Dionne.”

“I find it difficult to understand why such an in depth investigation of my health condition is required for an English river cruise when I am fully covered by the NHS in all parts of the UK.”

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Although travelling within the UK which is covered by the NHS, we are still required to go through our medical screening process in order to capture any relevant pre-existing medical conditions as the policy also includes cancellation due to pre-existing medical conditions should you be declared unfit to travel prior to your trip commencing. “Taking out insurance turned out less straight forward than I hoped. I need a high level cover plus additional and the first advice was incorrect. Then when getting quotes only the main cover was provided not the quote for the additional cover (this happened twice) however we got there in the end!”

“Booked Travel Insurance with Just Travel Cover - I made several mistakes - Phoned them next day - They cancelled and a refund of all money was done straight away - They sorted the right insurance out straight away too for me - Hopefully I won't need to call them -”
