“Good website,easy to use.I had to ring the company and managed to speak to someone who was not based in a far away country,and the policy was at a price un matched by any other travel insurance company.”

“Again I cannot get into my policy to print off. It keeps saying wrong email or wrong password - I’ve tried everything as has my son. I’ve had the same email address for over 30 years! I probably won’t use you again.”

Dear Mrs Moss, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We can only use one email per customer account. The system had automatically created a new account for you, as the postcode provided differs from your previous policy last year. I have removed the email from your previous account and applied it to your new one. I have sent a new email to you with instruction to create an account to enable you to login and view your policy. “Please consider staff training for speaking to elderly customers. We are usually more hard of hearing and would appreciate telephone conversations (no visual cues) to be just a little slower and carefully enunciated.”

As the email provided was used on a policy in 2022 under a different name, it couldn't be used for your new policy. As the policy from 2022 has now expired, I have removed from this account and applied to yours. “Took out policy 29th June with blue light discount then had emails offering 10per cent off and further email yesterday after taking policy just travel offered 12 per cent off surly you should know we have already purchased”

“Had difficulty understanding your agent and had to ask twice for her to speak slower and Linder, she then spoke to me as is I was daft. Also asked for paper copy of my policy , told it that was not a problem, still waiting for it and my holiday starts in 5 days”
