“We have purchased our travel insurance from Just Travel on a number of occasions and find that they offer very good value for money. We have never had to claim on our travel insurance so cannot rate them on that but their telephone customer service is great. We were called back quickly and the operator was efficient and friendly and easy to understand.”

Dear Miss Tolman, Thank you for leaving a review. I can see we do have the correct email address listed for you. I have resent the email to you with instruction to access your documents. Your account is showing up as 'new' rather than 'active' meaning you haven't yet created an account You will need to follow the link we’ve sent you on the email which asks you to input your email address then a second link will be sent to your email for you to input your date of birth and create your own password. “I was updating my conditions on my previous insurance company when they advised that, because I was waiting for an appointment about my BP that they couldn't insure me. I contacted Just Travel who were really helpful and got me my insurance at as reasonable a cost as possible.”
