“Excellent service over the phone. Our insurance is never straightforward due to my husbands pre-existing conditions - but the process was completed with the minimum of fuss and lots of good humour. I think our efficient advisor was Paul , who made the experience easy and pleasant.”

“Very easy to complete the application and interesting features with regard to luggage tracking which I have not yet used as the trip is planned for 2025. “Spoke to 2 advisors before being put in touch with “Dennis”. I was concerned re-the cost of Virgin Media when my current contract expires. Dennis was a pleasant and very helpful man who listened to my concerns with professionalism and patience. In my 80’s and appreciated the level of customer service. Thank you.”
