“Extremely easy and very well laid out website. Have used Just Travel for a number of years and always get good prices for travel insurance. A bonus is getting a voucher code for 10% off.”

“Rang for a quote which I accepted. The advisor told me the payment system was down so she would ring back later. She rang me back and took my payment details but after a few minutes said the payment system wasn't working. Another advisor rang me the next morning and processed the payment successfully. I checked my account online and saw that the payment had been taken from my account twice. I had to ring back on two occasions before being told that I would be refunded for the first transaction. The refund has still not been made as yet.”
