“I've used Just travel for many years. I find the online process quick and easy. On this occasion for some reason my medical declaration didn't save so I rang straight away to point this out. It took five days to sort out though which I thought was a little excessive. It would have been quicker for me to cancel and reapply but I was advised not to do this. Overall though the service is very good.”

“I have an unresolved problem with your 'smart luggage' add on. It's marketed as applying to cruises but when I try to activate it, I can only enter flight details which of course I don't have. I'm unable to contact anyone about it.”

Dear Mr Watson, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I can see you have since spoken to one of our advisors who have clarified that you have the Gold level of cover, which includes Smart Luggage as standard (no additional cost). However, this benefit is only applicable to flights where you have checked in luggage as it is compensation if your bag does not arrive on the carousel and cannot be located at the airport. You do still have baggage cover if your personal belongings are lost, stolen or damaged during your cruise up to £3,000, which you would claim for on return to the UK. We are required to run through our medical declaration at new quotation or renewal stage if your previous quotation was completed more than 30 days prior. This is because our medical questions can be updated from time to time so may not necessarily be the same as the previous quote.
