“Customer service was good. I spoke with a couple of people who were very polite and helpful. The quote was emailed though and I rang to book insurance. Thanks”

“Easy to book just took too long because questions are repetitive. Would help if phone operator knew a few more medical terms (prophylaxis/prophylactic) due to system I had to explain the meaning of this at least 3 times. Overall it was a fairly good experience and the operator was very patient.”
