“Called to renew and told that I would be put on ring back, 3 hour window. Missed the first call back so I rang back and was told I would be put back on a call back list. I would have preferred to be put on hold as a 3 hour call back time frame is not always convenient.”

“not very responsive, Staff cannot deal with query without having to refer to someone else. After emails and on line chats, could not resolve until its too late. Eventually came with a premium which was some 50% more to extend than the original.”

Good Morning, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry we could not provide a more suitable price for you to extend your trip. As we are the insurance broker, any requests to extend a policy after you have left the UK must be referred directly to the insurer. We can only extend with their approval. In this instance, they did accept to extend your policy for an additional premium. You originally paid for 15 days cover and wanted to extend an extra 26 days inclusive meaning you were covered for a total of 41 days which is how they have calculated the additional premium. “Good service and polite advisor however I would have preferred to have paper policy as has on many previous purchases and not via E Mail .You promote your policies as no age restrictions ect but fail to take into consideration that maybe aimed as older people who are less tec savvy.”

“Staff-been very helpful with a problem that I had and between Sam and Abby they have sorted it for me. I have not given 5 as in the last few years I’ve been with your company I have not. Needed to make a claim so I don’t know how you do in that situation”

“Travel cover was great but I paid extra for bags coverage and it had to be started 24 hours before flight.So because your agent did not tell me this when he sold me the policy I paid for something I could not get”
