“Problem with words. As not from the insurance world ourselves. It would have helped alot, to have had better guidance. Ie if you put down you have the flu - it stayes on for 5 years !! Reaction to meds not allergy to meds etc. It took some sorting out to get near to being happy with the cover now - not quite there yet. Mark”

Dear Mr Nurse, Thank you for your review. The medical declaration, questions & answers that we are required to follow have been made by a team of doctors and nurses. Although things like the Flu may seem minor, if you have spoken to or attended your GP in relation to a medical condition or been prescribed treatment (if it is shown on your medical records and not over the counter medication that you have purchased yourself) then it is best we add this to your policy. This is because if there is a medical claim, the claims team will look over your medical records to see that you have declared everything on your records that fall within our questions.
